Community Legal Worker
Antonia is a current Law Student and Legal Fellow at University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Class of 2021. Prior to attending law school, Antonia worked for EcoWorks, an environmental justice non-profit in Detroit, doing operations for the Workforce Development Program, and program management the Water Program and the Energy Efficiency Assistance Program. Since she moved to Detroit in 2016, in addition to working full time, she has volunteered her time with community organizations, such as the Charlevoix Village Association and the Coalition to End Unconstitutional Tax Foreclosures, that help Detroiters fight for their right to continue to exist in such a contested space as Detroit. In her free time, Antonia likes to do yoga, play soccer, and hang out with her cat Silas whom she rescued from the Michigan Humane Society.
