Nancy colon, administrative associate
Nancy Colon was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Detroit at the age of 11. She previously worked Lakeshore Legal Aid and Quicken Loans as an office administrator. She is an advocate for families that have been separated by Child Protective Services and served as an advocate and administrator for U of M’s Detroit Center for Family Advocacy where she traveled around the country helping children and their families find healthy and sustainable paths forward. This work in therapeutic family interventions and reunifications is what led her to working with DJC.
